A child's place in camp is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another participant without prior approval from Dream Forest.

• 30 days or more before the registered camp start date
  A refund will be issued, minus a 2,000 THB registration and administrative fee per child, as well as any payment processing, transaction, or currency conversion fees.

• 7–29 days before the registered camp start date
  A refund of 30% of the total amount paid will be issued.

• Less than 7 days before the registered camp start date
  No refund will be provided.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is determined based on the date the written cancellation request is received.

No refunds, credits, or make-up days will be provided for:

• Missed camp days

• Partial attendance

• Late arrival or early departure

• Illness, travel changes, visa delays, transportation issues, or other personal circumstances

• Participant withdrawal after camp has started

Refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements may be considered in the following cases:

• Medical emergencies or illness accompanied by an official doctor’s certificate

• Cancellation initiated by Dream Forest

Dream Forest operates primarily outdoors and activities may be adjusted due to weather conditions.

Refunds will not be provided for schedule changes, activity modifications, or temporary disruptions caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Natural events

• Government regulations

• Transportation disruptions

• Public health measures

• Other circumstances beyond Dream Forest's reasonable control

Where possible, alternative activities or replacement camp days may be offered.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of confirmation and will be returned via the original payment method whenever possible.
