Cancellation Policy
Registration & Payment
To secure a child’s place in camp, full payment for the entire registered period is required in advance.
Cancellation Terms

30 days or more before the camp start date:
Full refund will be issued, excluding payment processing and transaction fees. -
7–29 days before the camp start date:
Refund will be issued minus a non-refundable registration fee of 2,000 THB. -
Less than 24 hours before the camp start date:
A 30% refund of the total amount paid will be issued. -
No refunds will be provided for missed camp days, partial attendance, or absence due to personal reasons.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is determined based on the date the written cancellation request is received.
Exceptions
Refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements may be considered in the following cases:

Medical emergencies or illness accompanied by an official doctor’s certificate

Cancellation initiated by Dream Forest
Weather & Schedule Changes
In cases of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances requiring schedule adjustments, Dream Forest will make every effort to provide an alternative camp day or suitable replacement option whenever possible.
